Delete Your Stitchr Account

You can request deletion of your Stitchr account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app

If you still have Stitchr installed, this is the fastest way:

Open Stitchr → Settings → Delete Account

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile information (name, email, account ID)
All patches (photos and filtered images) you've saved
Location tags associated with your patches
App metadata and settings tied to your account

Timing

Requests submitted in-app enter a 30-day grace period — signing back in during this window cancels the deletion. Requests submitted by email are processed without a grace period once we've verified the request. In both cases, deletion is complete and permanent once finalized, except where we're required to retain limited data for legal or security purposes.
